We went to our favorite beach today to escape the heat.

We found a cool flower with a cool bug on it,

we played with sticks and trucks,

smelled the ocean air,

got our feet sandy,

tried out our kite and new umbrella,

and felt exhausted when we came home.

Highlights of our fun picnic included Nello walking the Zorra, playing with trucks in the sand, watching the surf, and running!
